Derek Rope
Derek Rope is a member of the Pasqua First Nation and holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He was asked to become a member of the OTC Speakers Bureau because of his vast knowledge of Treaties as well as his enthusiasm to build harmony in Saskatchewan. Derek has spent more than a decade developing and implementing youth programs throughout the province. He has previously been an administrator at the White Buffalo Youth Lodge, a consultant to federal, provincial and municipal governments on the development of cross-cultural educational programs, and a co-founder of a successful athletic wear business.
