The gathering will bring 300 Indigenous and non-Indigenous young people (aged 15-29) from across Canada together to gain an understanding of what reconciliation can look like on these lands. For three days, youth from diverse backgrounds will learn from each other and become more aware of the history, teachings, and daily realities of Indigenous communities in Canada. Keynote speakers and youth-led workshops will place an emphasis on positive youth mobilization, leadership, and reconciliation.

The theme this year is "In search of miyo-wîcêhtowin: the future of respectful relationships" and all youth aged 15-29 from across Canada are welcome to apply either as attendees or to present a workshop (in French, English, or both). It is our goal to have at least 2 French or bilingual sessions per workshop block so we especially encourage French speakers to apply as presenters as well!
