Lyndon Linklater, a speaker from the Office of the Treaty Commissioner, is the keynote at the Saskatchewan Libraries Association conference on May 4 at Elk Ridge Resort.

The conference runs May 3 to 5. The Mary Donaldson Lecture will be held at 7 p.m. with special 75th Anniversary announcements. The final keynote is Michelle Brownridge at 2:15 p.m. on Friday, May 5th.

Linklater was appointed to the OTC Speakers Bureau in 2000. Since that time, he has presented to over 30,000 people delivering awareness and understanding about Treaties and First Nation awareness to Saskatchewan people. He is a powerful story teller that utilizes First Nation teachings that involve knowledge of ceremonies and mixes humor to deliver a poignant message.
