Joely BigEagle-Kequahtooway is a multi-disciplinary artist who is a writer, fashion designer, visual artist and co-founder of the Buffalo People Arts Institute. She comes from a long line of buffalo hunters and is Nakota-Cree from the White Bear First Nations located in Treaty 4 territory.
