The Office of the Treaty Commissioner congratulates the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic School in Saskatoon for their installation of a Treaty medal and the raising of the Métis and Treaty 6 flag raisings.

The day was celebrated by presentations and performances by students. Angie Merasty, OTC Executive Director, spoke on behalf of Treaty Commissioner of Saskatchewan Mary Culbertson, alongside representatives from the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, Little Pine First Nation, Métis Nation of Saskatchewan, Central Urban Metis Federation, Gabriel Dumont Institute, and the City of Saskatoon.
