The Treaty Commissioner of Saskatchewan Mary Culbertson and OTC’s director of operations, Angela Merasty, were thrilled to attend and bring greetings to the Shoal Lake 2020 Grad in Treaty 5 Territory. It was a special event that celebrated the youth, while ensuring current social distancing and other precautions were observed.

The Prince Albert Grand Council Chief, and Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations Vice Chief were also in attendance, alongside the Shoal Lake Chief and council, at the Aug. 5 event.
